EL-I Tech™ has secured regulatory registration in select U.S. states, has registration in progress in its home market of South Africa (DALRRD, under the Registrar, Act 36 of 1947), and is preparing market entry in the Republic of Ireland under the national fertiliser framework (SI 248/1978, DAFM). Pathways are actively progressing in Canada (CFIA), the United Kingdom (HSE / CRD), Australia (APVMA), and New Zealand (ACVM / EPA). Availability and approved use vary by region - select your region above for current status. Our 2026 Pilot Programme continues to operate under research exemptions in markets where registration is still pending.
